Program Terms

Commission
30% of the one-time setup fee on each qualifying sale. Monthly recurring fees are not commissioned.
Attribution
60-day cookie window, last-click wins. You can't refer yourself or businesses you own.
Payment
Commissions become eligible for payout once the customer's payment has cleared and the transaction is confirmed valid and commission eligible — there's no blanket 30 day refund hold. We pay monthly via Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or check.
Invalid transactions
Transactions that are canceled, reversed, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, refunded when legally required, or otherwise ineligible don't qualify for commission. Already-paid commissions on reversed transactions may be deducted from a future payout.
Tax
US partners earning $600+/yr must submit a W-9 (we issue 1099-NEC). International partners submit a W-8BEN.
Not allowed
- Spam (cold email, DM blasts, comment spam).
- Paid search ads on the HoldThat brand.
- Misleading claims, impersonation, cookie stuffing.
- Coupon/cashback sites without written approval.
