Commission
30% of qualifying customer payments for eligible system setup fees and targeted lead sales, calculated in USD. Eligible lead research packages and lead purchases associated with HoldThat Signal qualify without separate approval for each standard qualifying sale. Recurring subscriptions, HoldThat Signal subscription fees, hosting, domains, unrelated add-ons, and services outside eligible setup fees or lead purchases are excluded unless separately approved in writing.
Attribution
60-day cookie window, last-click wins. You can't refer yourself or businesses you own.
Payment
Commissions become eligible for payout once the customer's payment has cleared and the transaction is confirmed valid and commission eligible — there's no blanket 30 day refund hold. There is no required monthly payout cycle. Approved commissions are eligible for direct payout via Stripe, PayPal, Wise, check, or another agreed method. Payment processing times may vary.
Invalid transactions
Transactions that are canceled, reversed, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, refunded when legally required, or otherwise ineligible don't qualify for commission. Already-paid commissions on reversed transactions may be deducted from a future payout.
Tax
US partners must provide a W-9 when requested; we issue Form 1099-NEC when required (for tax year 2026, the general threshold is $2,000 in qualifying annual payments). International partners may need a W-8BEN (individuals) or W-8BEN-E (entities).
Not allowed
- Spam (cold email, DM blasts, comment spam).
- Paid search ads on the HoldThat brand.
- Misleading claims, impersonation, cookie stuffing.
- Coupon/cashback sites without written approval.
